Set to upbeat, motivating music, participants will move through a series of powerful exercises that target the entire body while enhancing flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Perfect for teens, young adults, and active adults looking for a more vigorous workout, Power Pilates offers a fun and effective way to tone muscles, boost fitness, and leave feeling strong and energized. Some Pilates experience is helpful, but not required — modifications will be offered for varying fitness levels. Please bring a mat. Ankle/wrist weights are optional.
Peaceful Pilates

Peaceful Pilates is a gentle, low-impact class designed for active older adults and anyone who prefers a slower-paced workout. Through mindful movement, controlled breathing, and easy-to-follow exercises, participants will improve flexibility, balance, posture, and core strength while moving at a comfortable pace.
Set in a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere, this class offers an opportunity to reduce stress, increase body awareness, and support overall wellness. No prior Pilates experience is necessary — just bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, and enjoy an hour dedicated to movement, relaxation, and self-care.
